ICDC Confirmation: after registration you will receive a confirmation email followed by an invoice send from the conference team. Once we receive your payment your registration is definite!
Cancellation and Refunding Policy: All cancellations have to be done written. Those received before August 24th, 2008, will receive a refund minus Sfr 100 as an administrative fee. All cancellations after August 24th, 2008 are non-refundable. This also applies if you register after August 24th. Of course we accept in any of the cases that a substitute may be sent - even at the last minute. In this case please send us a written notice. Refunds will be processed within approximatly 30 days after the written cancellation is received.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference and allocate the accumulated costs subject to natural disasters (earthquakes etc), strikes, civil disorder, war or other emergencies that make holding the event impossible. Speakers are subject to change although this is not expected.
