The passion for intercultural competence development has brought Regina, Fabian and Pascal together. They cooperated at the Intercultural Diversity Conference 2007 and became partners for the Intercultural Competence Development Conference the same year.

Regina runs her own company Coaching, Events & Kommunikation offering professional solution focused & intercultural coaching, consiliation & translation. By birth she has Swiss & German nationality grown in Greece. This is where her personal background and her business interests merged. Today she coaches & trains people to develop their intercultural competences and resources to achieve a profound global understanding. Her networking passion forced her not only to found several business networking platforms such as the Xing Community Winterthur or the Zone but also merged uncountable business people around the globe. www.reginareinhardt.com  

Fabian Tschan

Fabian runs his own company CONPLIO Consulting GmbH providing process management consulting. Before he was leading a multicultural team of 7 persons living in 7 countries or 3 continents. His team was responsible for the global support in financial management of the AIESEC offices in over 90 countries. For the last 5 years, he is additionally engaged in facilitation and trainings in over 20 seminars and conferences in Switzerland and abroad in and outside of AIESEC -  a youth driven global network. Through his work in the same organization he experienced various multicultural teams and gained a good insight in the topic. He prefers non-traditional learning methods and sees himself as a facilitator of a collaborative learning experience. He has an academic degree in business administration with focus on operations and supply chain management. www.conplio.ch

Gemperli Pascal

Pascal Gemperli is an Engineer in Communication and studying further in peace and conflict science on Master level. He completed post-graduate studies in intercultural communication and intercultural mediation. Besides his engagement for the ICDC, he is working as research assistant at the Middle East and North Africa department of the "Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of Armed Forces - DCAF", for the Institute for Integrative Conflicttransformation and Peacebuilding and as independant consultant with Gemperli-Consulting in the fields of intercultural communication, peace and development as well as communication.
