Intercultural trainings
The course is primarely set up for persons who:
- have already an intercultural background and want to deepen it
- Human resources responsible and managers with employees or customers from various culture groups.
- are exposed to intercultural topics in their daily life.
As an option, this course can be offered to people who have not yet made any intercultural experiences and want to look into the topic.
Teaching methods:
The course instructors are using various teaching methods depending on the module and the existing knowledge of the participants. Intended Elements are: Die Referenten verwenden verschiedene Unterrichtsmethoden, je nach Modul und Vorwissen der Teilnehmer. Grundsätzlich sind folgende Elemente vorgesehen: self-study, role-play, peer consulting, supervision groups, lectures, group work , presentations of participants. Teaching language is English or German.
Self-study:
Self-study is a important element of this eduction. The particpants are asked to prepare before and during the eduction accordingly. There will be a "reader" to provide the main information.
